Cose Nudo, or “naked things” in Italian, is a collection of anonymous 1-minute oral histories from people across the globe that are intended to shift the culture by encouraging people to listen to the stories of strangers.

It is our hope that these stories serve as a resource to bring people closer together through the knowledge that while we may not mirror one another in appearance, our personal struggles, fears, insecurities, hopes, and aspirations are similar—they may even be the same.

In a technological era where you are seemingly only as important as your follower count, we’ve become shallow and focused much more on what people look like than the stories they have to tell. This project is intended to get back to basics and marry technology with the storytelling tradition that some of our parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents once held dear.
